Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Inflatable products (due to potential hygiene issues)
- Helmets & Impact Vests (safety equipment must remain sealed)
- Opened safety gear including gloves and control bars
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your item within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- Price adjustments will be made if the exchanged item costs less
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
